2. Information we handle

Project briefs

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, business or project name, selected package and production options, expected audience, and the details you choose to include in your message.

Security and technical information

Our hosting and contact-delivery systems process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and timestamps, to operate the site and prevent abuse. The contact form also keeps a salted hash of an IP address for rate limiting; that record is automatically removed after 24 hours.

Website measurement

We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate site use, such as pages viewed, referral source, device type and country-level location. It is configured for basic, privacy-friendly measurement. We do not use advertising or cross-site profiling tools on this site.

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to a project request and, where relevant, take steps toward an agreement at your request.
  • To protect the site, contact form and email delivery from spam, misuse and attacks.
  • To understand and improve the performance, clarity and technical reliability of this website.
  • To comply with legal or accounting obligations when a project becomes a client relationship.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on taking steps at your request before an agreement, our legitimate interest in operating a secure and effective website, and legal obligations where they apply. We will ask separately where consent is the appropriate basis.

4. Service providers and sharing

We use Simply.com for website hosting and email delivery, and Plausible Analytics for website measurement. These providers process information only as needed to supply their services. We may also share relevant project information with vetted independent specialists assigned to a project, but only where that is necessary to deliver the agreed work.

We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, we will use the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

5. Retention

We keep an enquiry for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, unless it develops into a client relationship or a longer period is required for a legal claim. Project, contract and accounting records are retained for the period required by the relevant agreement or law. The short-lived rate-limit record described above is removed after 24 hours.

We review website measurement data at least annually and keep it only for as long as it is useful for understanding and improving the site.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use marketing or advertising cookies. Plausible Analytics is used without advertising profiles or cross-site tracking. If we add tools that require consent, we will update this notice and provide an appropriate choice before activating them.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or objection to the use of your personal data. You may also ask to receive data you provided in a portable form. Contact info@kadercode.nl to make a request.

You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Its current contact details are available at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, its services or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
